Is my date reserved as soon as I send a request?
No. We receive your request with a reference number, check availability and details, and contact you. The date is confirmed only after we approve it and the confirmation terms in your quote, such as the deposit, are met.
Is the price in the package builder final?
It is an estimate based on current approved prices. It can change after review if there are special requirements or the shoot is outside El Arish, and we will explain any difference before confirming.
Do you shoot outside El Arish?
Yes, across North Sinai and in other governorates by arrangement. Requests outside El Arish need confirmation, and travel or accommodation fees may apply; we list them in your quote.
How do I pay the deposit?
We send the available payment methods and the deposit amount with your quote. After you pay, we record and verify the payment, then confirm the booking. We never ask for your card details on this site.
We are a company and need a quote for a full project. What should we do?
Use the quote request page. Its questions help you describe the goal, deliverables and platforms without technical terms, and we come back with a detailed proposal.
Will you publish my photos on your pages?
We never publish photos from private occasions without your clear consent. You choose this when booking and can change it later by contacting us.
