Booking & cancellation policy

Requests and confirmation

Sending the booking form does not reserve the date. We review every request and reply, and the date is confirmed only after we approve it and the confirmation terms written in your quote are met.

Deposit

The deposit amount and payment methods are set in your quote. The date is not reserved until the deposit is received and verified, unless the quote says otherwise.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling and deposit refund terms are stated in your quote before you accept it. Please tell us about any change as early as possible.

Delays

If the occasion starts later than agreed, this may reduce the coverage time available. Extra hours are charged at the approved add-on rates, only with your agreement.

Delivery and revisions

The expected delivery time and the number of revision rounds are listed in your package details or quote. We tell you about any delay and its reason.

Usage rights

Private occasions: the photos are for your personal use. Businesses: advertising usage rights, duration and platforms are defined in the quote.

Publishing in our portfolio

We never publish photos from private occasions without your clear consent.

File storage

How long your files stay available for download is stated in your delivery message. Please back up your files as soon as you receive them.
